- Choose "India GST" if you need GST-compliant tax calculation, or "Generic / International" for any other currency.
- Fill in your company (buyer) details and the vendor/supplier's details — your company logo is optional.

QHow is GST calculated on a purchase order?
In India GST mode, GST is automatically split into CGST + SGST when your company and the vendor are in the same state (intra-state), or shown as a single IGST line when they are in different states (inter-state) — the same rule used for invoices.
QWhat is a Ship To address used for?
It's optional, and only needed when goods should be delivered somewhere other than your company's main address — for example, a separate warehouse or project site. Leave it blank to omit it from the generated document.
QIs my company and vendor data saved or uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything — including the PDF generation — happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to or stored on any server.
QIs this purchase order legally binding?
