📐 How to Use

  1. Enter words in List A and List B (one per line or comma-separated).

  3. Choose a separator: space, hyphen, underscore, dot, or none.
  4. Click Generate — every combination appears instantly. Copy All to grab the list.

🎯 When to Use This

  • Brainstorming a domain or product name from a verb list and a noun list, then pasting the hyphenated output straight into a bulk availability checker.
  • Building CSS utility classes or feature-flag keys from a fixed vocabulary, so the naming scheme stays mechanical instead of drifting between developers.
  • Generating keyword permutations for a search campaign, pairing intent words with product words to get the long-tail phrases a planner tool expects as input.
  • Producing sample usernames or test identifiers in bulk, where you need many distinct strings that still look like something a person would pick.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

QHow many combinations can it generate?
The total is List A × List B (× List C if used). For example, 10 words × 10 words = 100 combinations. Keep lists under 50 words each for best performance.
QWhat is this useful for?
Domain name brainstorming, product naming, username ideas, compound keyword research, and creative writing prompts.
QCan I generate 3-word combinations?
Yes — fill in the optional List C and the tool will produce all A+B+C combinations.

ℹ️ About This Tool

A Cartesian product pairs every item in one set with every item in another: lists of size a and b give a times b results, and a third list multiplies again. Naming exercises use this on purpose. Rather than inventing a good name directly, you write down the words for what the thing does and the words for what it is, then read the grid and let recognition do the work invention could not.

Type or paste into List A and List B, one word per line or separated by commas; List C is optional and turns pairs into triples. The tool walks the lists in order and joins each tuple with the separator you choose, none, hyphen, underscore, space or dot, after applying lowercase, uppercase, Title or camelCase. camelCase ignores the separator and concatenates. A running total sits above the output box, and the work happens in the page.

⚠️ Notes & Limits

  • Order is fixed as A then B then C. No reversals or permutations are produced, so to get both quickfox and foxquick you have to swap the lists and run it again.
  • Nothing is deduplicated. A word that appears in two lists, or twice in one, yields repeated output lines that you have to filter yourself.
  • Title and camelCase lowercase everything after the first letter, so SQL becomes Sql and iOS becomes Ios. Choose lowercase or uppercase when acronyms have to survive.
  • The output is text and nothing more. There is no check for domain availability, trademark conflict, dictionary meaning or whether a string can be pronounced.
