About This Tool
The page range you type is parsed into a list of zero-based page indices, which pdf-lib then copies from the source document into a new PDF in the order given. Because pages are copied as complete objects, no re-encoding takes place and the extracted pages are byte-for-byte equivalent in content to the originals.
